Our true purpose, desires, needs and essence – we can’t find them in the mind.

 

So if we are not the mind, who are we?

 

If we distance us from our mind and start listening to our bodies, be present, be still:

The voice is not only a powerful tool to quiet the mind, and get us out of our headspace, it also helps us to find our most authentic expression. Let’s call it the atma voice. Atma derives from Sanskrit and represents the eternal or true self, also referred as what we call the soul or spirit. Finding the voice of our atma means, connecting to our purest intentions, our truth and most authentic expression. Speaking from our atma means allowing our voice to reflect the essence of who we are without the inhibition or fear of judgement.
